Hi, I'm Racine Hooper
I began my journey as a birth doula in 2020 after being fueled by a passion to support pregnant women in labor. During this time, I realized that while many people were looking forward to being new parents, there was still a significant lack of childbirth education which, in turn, translated to fears and anxiety about everything from the pregnancy process to the day that they would actually be “pushing out the baby”. After making these observations my focus changed. I then began to train and educate myself on mindset coaching during pregnancy, as well as postpartum, which eventually led to me becoming an Evidence Based Birth instructor. Now, my mission is to empower, educate, and change the mindset of soon-to-be parents just like you.

Let's connect, either in person or virtually, via zoom. During this time, we'll have the opportunity to truly get to know each other. I'll take the chance to talk about the services I offer and explain my approach as a doula. Moreover, I want to create a safe space for you to ask any questions, express any concerns, and share your desires.
Our Journey Begins
Once you select me as your birth support, we will have the opportunity to spend quality time together. I will educate you, form a strong connection with you, and provide my unwavering support and advice around the clock until your baby arrive
When labor begins and it's time to meet your new baby, I'll be right there by your side. I'll support you through the entire birth process and help you feel confident with chestfeeding, skin to skin, etc.
