We'll work on comfortable positioning, effective latching, understanding feeding cues, and ensuring you feel confident and comfortable in nourishing your baby, however you choose.
- - Information on physical healing after birth and from cesarean: I'll provide you with clear, evidence-based information, helping you understand your body's recovery process and feel confident in your postpartum journey.
- - Nourishing Your Body & Soul: The early weeks call for nourishment. I can help with light meal preparation so you have comforting, easy-to-eat foods ready, and assist with light household tasks, making sure your home feels like a calm, organized sanctuary. Less stress for you means more peaceful moments with your baby.
- - Rest and Recuperation for YOU: You just brought a human into the world, and rest is essential. While you catch up on much-needed sleep, enjoy a peaceful shower, or simply have a quiet cup of tea, I'll lovingly care for your baby.
